As the technical team lead for the City’s web modernization project, I implemented a new AWS cloud infrastructure, new open source content management system, new website, and over 20 new online web applications. I shaped digital strategy, developed new standards and policies, and mentored staff.

Vision Zero - Toronto's Safety Plan for Transportation
Developed and implemented a online map-based application for Torontonians to view traffic collisions and the safety measures the City has deployed in an effort to counteract them.

Parking Ticket Payment Application
Developed and implemented a highly-utilized online eCommerce application for Torontonians to lookup and pay for parking tickets.

Developed a slick on-line graphing application that helps Torontonians view how the City os doing in a wide range of performance categories like crime, transportation, housing, etc..
Snow Plow Tracker
Show Plow Vehicle
Developed and implemented a cloud-based application to help Torontonians track all snow plows in Toronto along with the status of which roads were plowed. This application was built with serverless technology including node.js, AWS lambda, AWS API gateway, and AWS Cloud Formation.

Registration, Approval, and Qualification System (RAQS)
Led a multi-year, large-scale projects for the Transportation Ministry. The most notable project was a web-based road construction bidding application responsible for over 2 Billion dollars of procurement per annum.

I worked with Rob on several projects. He is an excellent, experienced, Architect and Developer.
